摘要
本文介绍了单晶金刚石刀具的制作程序和方法。为了提高单晶金刚石刀具的研磨效率与刃口质量,本文从不同的砂轮类型、砂轮粒度、研磨方向等几个方面进行了分析,发现单晶金刚石刀具的粗磨应该采用大粒度的砂轮,并且尽量采用陶瓷结合剂砂轮。半精磨可以采用细粒度的金属结合剂砂轮或陶瓷结合剂砂轮,但是对要求刃口质量较高的刀具,精磨应该采用粒度尽可能细的金属结合剂砂轮。粗磨时要沿着金刚石的好磨方向,这样研磨效率会大大提高,而精磨时为了获得完美的刃口,应该尽量对刀刃采取逆磨,并适当的增加研磨时间。
The procedure and method for machining single crystal diamond cutter are introduced. In order to improve the grinding efficiency and the blade quality, analysis is made on the influence of the bond type and grain size of the wheel as well as that of the different grinding directions.It is suggested that corser grain wheel should be used in the course of rough grinding; grinding wheel with vitrified bond should be used if possible; finer grain wheel should be used in the course of half precision grinding. However, for high request of blade quality, the finer the grain of wheel, the better the quality of blade. Easy grinding direction should be taken to improve the grinding efficiency.In order to get perfect blade edge,reverse grinding should be adopted,and the grinding time should be increased appropriately in the course of precision grinding.
