电磁脉冲辐射对小鼠血细胞的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨不同场强的电磁脉冲辐射对小鼠血细胞的影响。方法雄性昆明小鼠 114只 ,随机分为辐射组和对照组。辐射组小鼠分别接受 (8× 10 3)V·m- 1、(2× 10 4 )V·m- 1、(6× 10 4 )V·m- 1电磁脉冲 5次重复全身照射 ,并于照射后 6h、1d、3d、7d、14d、2 8d对外周血白细胞、红细胞及其参数、血红蛋白及血小板的改变进行检测。结果 3种场强的电磁脉冲照射后 1d白细胞数和淋巴细胞数均减少到最低值 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,此后持续维持在低水平直至 14d或 2 8d。 (6× 10 4 )V·m- 1电磁脉冲照射后 6h~ 14d ,红细胞数和血小板数呈不同程度减少 ;2 8d时红细胞数、HCT及Hb浓度却显著增加 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,但红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。(2× 10 4 )V·m- 1和 (8× 10 3)V·m- 1电磁脉冲照射后 2 8d内大多数时间点的红细胞数、HCT及Hb含量明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。 Objective To explore the effect of different field strength of electromagnetic pulse(EMP)irradiation on blood cell in mice. Methods One hundred and fourteen male Kunming mice were randomly divided into irradiated group and control group. Changes of white blood cell, erythrocyte and its parameter, hemoglobin and platelet in peripheral blood were observed at 6 h,1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d and 28 d after mice were irradiated generally by(8×10 3)V·m -1,(2×10 4)V·m -1 and(6×10 4)V·m -1EMP respectively for five times. Results Three kinds of EMP irradiation caused the lowest fall in white blood cell and lymphocyte counts on 1d of post-irradiation (P<0.05), and to last at lower level till 14d or 28 d.(6×10 4)V· -1m EMP caused different decrease in erythrocyte and platelet counts from 6 h to 14 d,but significant increase in erythrocyte counts,hematocrit values,hemoglobin concentration,and significant decrease in mean red cell hemoglobin concentration on 28 d (P<0.05 or P<0.01). There were significant increases in erythrocyte counts, hematocrit values and hemoglobin concentration in most time points after the mice were irradiated generally by (8×10 3)V·m -1 and (2×10 4)V·m -1EMP (P<0.05 or p<0.01). Conclusion Electromagnetic pulse irradiation may induce changes of blood cell to some extent.
