摘要
为弥补精铸钢件表面脱碳缺陷,采用甲醇+煤油滴注式可控渗碳法,对精铸钢件表面层进行补碳。根据试验,得到对不同厚度工件进行补碳的工艺:对于薄壁件,在930℃下,强渗阶段60min,扩散阶段60min,补碳后淬火硬度60HRC;对于厚壁件,只需扩散阶段时间延长到120min。
To remedy the defect of decarbonization of refined steel casting surface,we take the controllable carbonization method by dripping methanol and kerosene to remedy carbon to the surface of refined steel casting.In the light of experiment,we come to the remedy carbon technology to steels with different thickness.As for the thin,we drip methanol and kerosene at the temperature of 930℃.The intensifying phase lasts for 60 min,and spreading phase 60 min.After the carbon remedy and hardening,the hardness can reach HRC60.as for the thick.Only the spreading phase lengthens to 120 min.
