摘要 结合几年来的配网自动化工程实践,介绍了已经实施的自动化工程的方案、系统结构、实现的功能和特点,讨论了配电自动化工程实施中的一些关键问题,介绍了配电SCADA系统与GIS系统的集成要求、网络式保护技术、集中控制和分布式智能相结合控制方案,提出了实施配电自动化工程应注意的问题。 Combined with the engineering practice of distribution automation in recent years, this paper introduces the scheme of automation project and its system structure and characteristics and functions, and discusses some key problems of distribution automation project in enforcement. The integrated requirements of SCADA system and GIS system, protection technobgy of network type, and control scheme of central control combined with distribute intelligent are also introduced, and the problems of distribution automation project in enforcement are put forward.
