摘要
"非典"疫情给中国旅游业造成了沉重的打击,但也有助于旅游产业今后的健康发展。本文简要阐述了危机管理的理论,分析了旅游企业实施危机管理的必要性和紧迫性,并提出了实施危机管理的对策建议。
The SARS is a great hit on China's tourism, yet it can also be turned as a driving force in its future healthy development. In the article, the thoery of crisis control and its necessities and urgencies in putting into effect are put forward and analysed as well as some valuable measures and suggestions.
