摘要
从2000年至2003年对孝感市外环境、食品、人体生物材料共380份样品进行了重金属及六六六(BHC)、滴滴涕(DDT)蓄积量检测和分析。结果为食品中砷、铅、镉等重金属检出量在国家标准以内。菜地土残留量最高,其次是农田土、丘陵土、地表水、浅井水和深井水;食品样中,豆类、植物、油、鲜鱼、农药检出率达100%,人脂、血液中BHC检出率分别是93.33%和100%,DDT分别是100%和86.67%,人脂中BHC和DDT检出量最高达187.67μg/kg和298.47μg/kg;结果表明孝感市外环境中BHC残留量超过了绿色食品灌溉用水标准和生活饮用水卫生标准,农产品检出率为95%;提示孝感市应加大对农业环境的保护力度,严禁滥用有机氯农药,科学使用有机磷农药,对农产品基地应采取综合措施进行农药降解,以实现从土地到餐桌的食品安全。
After testing and analyzing the contents of heavy metals, BHC and DDT in 380 samples obtained from Xiaogan city about environment, food and organisms in our body since 2000 to 2003, the paper concludes that the quantity of the heavy metals such as Pb and Cd existing in the food products is under the national standard and vegetable-land contains the most pesticide residue, which gradually decreases in the order of cropland, hilly-land, water in the earth surface, water in shallow layer of a well and water in the deep layer of a well. All the food samples such as beans, vegetable, oil and fresh fish and pesticide contain 100% residue. The occurrence rate of BHC in body fats and blood is 93.33 %and 100.00%,and that of DDT is 100.00% and 86.67% respectively. The highest rate of BHC and DDT contained in body fats amounts to 186.67ug/kg and 298.47ug/kg. The result shows that the BHC residue in the outer environment of Xiaogan City exceeds the green product sanitary standard of water available for irrigation and drinking. 95% of the samples of agricultural products contain pesticide. This paper suggests that the city should protect the agricultural environment further, avoid abuse of pesticide with organic chloride, use scientifically pesticide with organic phosphate, and take overall measures to decrease the pesticide in the base of agricultural products so as to produce food products safe both to land and human body.
