摘要
本文通过对高级管理人员的薪酬激励机制的基本原理和其在现实中情形的分析 ,阐述了高级管理人员的薪酬激励机制在现实中扭曲的原因 。
This article analyzes the rationale and the case in reality about the incentive mechanism for high-ranking executives, and explains the malpractice in reality. Some measures are taken to make the incentive mechanism more effective.
