摘要
文章主要阐明当代国外学者关于新保守主义思潮的基本内涵、兴起与思想霸权、实践后果、与全球化关系及如何超越理论,然后对此作扼要评论,指出相对于马克思主义经济学、西方激进经济学和新老凯恩斯主义经济学来说,新自由主义经济思潮总体上是保守和落后的,尽管它也有某些合理思想颗粒。
The paper mainly expounds the basic connotation of the trend of thought of neo-conservatism of modern overseas scholars, its rise and hegemony in thought, result in practice, its relationship with globalization and how to surpass the theory of neo-conservatism, then it makes a brief comment on it, pointing out that although it contains some reasonable thought, compared with Marxist economics, radical western economics and neo-Keynesian economics, neo-conservatism economic trend of thought is in general conservative and backward.
