摘要
针对涟钢田湖铁矿石灰回转窑的结圈问题 ,进行了各种原料的煅烧性能、石灰石强度和热裂性能、原料粘附的矿泥性能及其对回转窑结圈影响的研究 ,为解决结圈问题得出了有益的结论针对涟钢田湖铁矿石灰回转窑的结圈问题 ,进行了各种原料的煅烧性能、石灰石强度和热裂性能、原料粘附的矿泥性能及其对回转窑结圈影响的研究 。
Aimed at solving problem about circle forming in coal-fired rotary kiln for lime at Tianhu Iron Mine of Lianyuan Iron & Steel Corp., reseaches concerning induration performances of all kinds of material, performance of intensity and forming cracks in high temperature of limestone, influence of mud adhering to limestone to circle forming in rotary kiln were done in this article. These are beneficial for solving the circle forming problem.
