摘要
目的 探讨晚期乳腺癌合理有效的治疗方法。方法 对 185例晚期乳腺癌的临床资料进行了回顾性分析 ,其中 87例行简化根治术或根治性乳腺切除术配合放疗和化疗 ,98例仅行放疗和化疗 ,并将 2组的 5年生存率加以比较。结果 手术组与非手术组的 5年生存率分别是 4 3.6 8%、15 .30 % ,2组间存在显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 1)。结论 晚期乳腺癌行简化根治术或根治术后配合放疗和化疗可提高
Objective To demonstrate an effective and reasonable treament for advanced breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 185 females with advanced breast cancer were reviewed retrospectively. 87 cases were treated with reduced radical mastectomy or radical mastectomy plus irradiation and chemotherapy (operation group); 98 cases, only with irradiation and chemotherapy (non-operation group). All the patients were followed up top compare the five-year survival rate between the two groups. Results The five-year survival rate of the operation group and non-operation group was 43.68% and 15.30% respectively(P<0.01). Conclusion For advanced breast cancers, surgical operation combined with irradiation and chamotherapy may improve the five-year survival rate.
