摘要
电子商务是未来商务的发展趋势,就国内外研究现状来讲,关于电子商务法律责任方面的研究还很少。从宏观的角度来研究电子商务中的法律责任,重点突出了电子商务中的特殊主体的法律责任如何承担,从有利于电子商务长期发展的角度提出看法。
Electronic Commerce is the trend of future commerce. But as far as the legal liability of E-commerce is concerned,only a little research has been made nowadays. This article studies this question from a macro-angle and emphasiszes the legal libility of special subjects in order to do good to E-commerce's long-term development.
