摘要
近年来真空压力浸漆技术在国内开始应用于电机行业 ,其应用的关键是寻找到适合真空压力浸漆技术的电机绝缘用材料—少胶粉云母带和浸渍漆 ,且他们应匹配良好。作用通过试验分析 ,筛选出不饱和聚酯亚胺树脂体系的少胶粉云母带和浸渍漆的绝缘组合 ,取得了良好的效果。
Vacuum pressure impregnation technology has been currently applied to motors industry in China. It is key that the material of motors insulation——mica-paper tape and resin adapted to the vacuum pressure impregnation can be searched out and their combination must be matchable well. Authors select unsaturated polyester-imide resin system as motors insulation and have obtained good effect.
