摘要
目的 探讨甲状腺功能异常伴发精神障碍的临床表现的特点。方法 将我院近 10年来收治的甲状腺功能异常伴发精神障碍的患者 77例作为研究对象 ,对放射免疫方法测定的 FT3、FT4 、TSH进行临床特点分析。结果 甲状腺功能异常所出现的精神障碍主要以认知、情感、行为、人格和智能损伤为主 ;FT3、FT4 、TSH值离正常值范围越远 ,其精神症状出现越明显 ,而且情感症状与 FT3、FT4 含量呈明显的正相关。结论 甲状腺功能异常所出现的精神障碍与 FT3、FT4 、TSH含量变化密切相关 ,尤以情感症状突出。但未发现与 FT3、FT4 、TSH含量相关的有诊断意义的特征性精神症状。
Objective To study the clinical feature of mental disorders due to dysfunction of thyroid.Methods Seventy seven cases were included which were diagnosed as hyperthyroidism and hypothyroids with mental disorder during the past 10 years in our hospital.FT 3,FT 4 and TSH were tested with radio immunity method.Results We found the major clinical presentation of the mental disorders were the alterations of the cognition, affection, personality and intelligence in which the change of the affective was the most prominent. The more distinguished between the value and the normal value, the more significant of psychotic symptoms.The symptoms usually happened as the FT 3,FT 4 and TSH value were decreasing.The affective symptoms are positive relevant with FT 3,FT 4 value.In addition, the mental disorder often emergeed in the period of FT 3,FT 4 altering obviously.Conclusions There is a close correlation between mental disorder and the content of FT 3,FT 4 and TSH, especially in the affection symptom. However, we can't find that there is correlation between the diagnostic significant stigmata mental disorder and the content of FT 3,FT 4 and TSH.
