乳腺癌近癌区、远癌区血管生成的研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON ANGIOGENESIS IN NEARER-TUMOR AND FURTHER-TUMOR REGION OF BREAST CANCER

摘要 目的 通过对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌及癌周组织血管生成的研究 ,为临床决定乳腺癌局部切除范围提供一定的理论依据。方法 在光镜下观察乳腺癌及癌周组织 ,通过免疫组织化学的方法观察乳腺癌及癌周微血管密度和血管内皮生长因子的表达 ,比较它们在不同组织区域的表达差异。结果 微血管密度在癌区、癌周组织差异无显著性 ,血管内皮生长因子在癌区表达显著高于癌周组织 ,近癌区与远癌区表达无差异。结论 乳腺癌癌周组织除癌细胞浸润外 ,细胞微环境 -间质的变化即癌周血管生成丰富 ,可作为病理诊断的补充 ,也应为乳腺癌局部切除的考虑因素。 Objective To study the angiogenesis of clinical stage Ⅰ,Ⅱbreast cancer and pericancerous tissues and define the optimal lumpectomy range of breast cancer for conservative surgery. Methods We observed breast cancer and pericancerous tissues and their expression of microvessel density(MVD)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) by immunohistochemistry assay, and compared the difference of expression in different regions. Results MVD were (21.82±7.96),(19.39±10.57) and (18.58±10.14) respectively in tumor region,nearer-tumor region and further-tumor region, and there were no significance among them (t=1.27,t=0.83,P>0.05).VEGF was significantly higher in tumor regions than those in noncancerous tissues, but there were no significance in the expression of nearer-tumor regions and further-tumor regions. Conclusion The pericancerous tissues have not only the infiltration of cancer cell but also the rich angiogenesis ,and they can be considered as complements in pathologic dignosis and related factors of local resection.
