摘要
采用锥形研磨法加工热等静压氮化硅(HIPSN)陶瓷球,分析了研磨压力、研磨转速以及研磨剂添加周期等研磨工艺参数与研磨效率的关系,研究如何提高金刚石研磨剂的利用率,降低研磨加工成本·研究表明,为了提高研磨效率、降低研磨成本,合理、稳定的研磨工艺应确定为:单球研磨压力6~8N;研磨转速450~800r/min;研磨剂的一次添加时间是60min左右·按照总结出的研磨工艺进行HIPSN陶瓷球的研磨加工,成品陶瓷球的表面粗糙度在0 01~0 02μm,球形误差在0 09~0 18μm范围内,完全满足使用要求·
The HIPSN ceramic balls were ground up in taper-grinding technological process,of which the relationship of such parameters as grinding pressure/speed and time interval of adding abrasive additive onto workpiece to the grinding efficiency was analyzed. How to improve the rate of utilization of diamond abrasive and reduce the cost of grinding operation were particularly investigated,and the results indicated that the rational and stable grinding technology should be as follows.The optimum grinding pressure to single workpiece is 6~8N at a speed of 450~800r/min,and the favorable time interval of adding abrasive additive is about 60min. The HIPSN ceramic balls can be ground well if complying with the process technology as above by which the surface roughness of HIPSN ceramic ball can be up to 0.01~0.02μm with a spheroid error 0.09~0.18μm,both are available to meet the special applications.
