摘要
目的 :观察去白细胞输血对恶性血液病化疗患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 :将 60例化疗期间需要接受输血的恶性血液病化疗患者随机分为两组 :观察组 3 0例 ,接受去白细胞输血 ;对照组 3 0例接受常规输血疗法。对两组患者输血前后的T细胞亚群、NK细胞活性进行检测并进行相应的统计学处理。结果 :两组患者的细胞免疫功能在输血治疗前无显著性差异 ,治疗后观察组患者的细胞免疫功能 (T4、T4/T8、NK细胞活性 )均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 :与常规的输血方法相比 ,去白细胞输血可显著改善机体的细胞免疫功能。
Objective To investgate the influence of leukocyte-reduced transfusion on celluar immunity in patients with malignant hematologic disease during chemothrapy. Methods Sixty cases were divided into two groups randomly.Thirty cases in observed group accepted leukocyte-reduced transfusion,while the other 30 cases in control group accepted routine transfusion(non-leukocyte-reduced transfusion).The variations of cellular immunity (T cell subsets and NK cell activity) were detected in all patients after treatment.Results The contents of T 4(CD4)and the ratio of T 4/T 8 (CD4/CD8) as well as NK cell activity were elevated considerably in observed patients (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Leukocyte-reduced transfusion can improve the celluar immunity considerably compared with routine transfusion in patients with malignant hematologic disease. 〔
