摘要
用广西黄鸡及穗麻公鸡作父本,隐性白H系作母本,F1均能羽色自别雌雄;F1羽色自别雌雄准确率:黄鸡组合为96.2%,麻鸡组合为98.9%,平均97.5%;两组合F1母雏羽色像其父本,但F1公雏既不像其母本也不像其父本。这种新的伴性遗传现象有待进一步研究。
In this s tu dy,the multi-strains pattern is as follows :native breed♂(Guangxi Buff chic kens and Guang-dong Partridge chickens)×H line of Recessive White Feather chi ckens♀.All the F 1 offsprings can be auto-sexing by feather color.The accuracy rate of auto-sexing is96.2%in Buff chickens combination,98.9%in Partridge chickens com bination,and the average value is97.5%.The female's feather of F 1 generation look like their father,but the male's feather does not follow t heir father as well as their mother.This new phenomenon of sex-linked inherita nce should be fur ther studied in the future.
