摘要
文章根据Lagrange方程推导建立了相应的振动数学模型和特征值计算式;并利用计算机辅助设计(CAD)软件UG,建立了便于计算的本体三维实体模型;采用有限元方法,利用大型CAE数值分析软件MSC NASTRAN,建立了本体有限元模型,对本体的固有频率和振型进行了分析计算,所得结果为井下可变径稳定器的使用及可靠性分析提供了理论依据。
According to Lagrange equation, Body's vibrating mathematical model and a formula for calculation of eigenvalue are set up and derived. The author uses CAD software-UG to set body's solid modeling. With CAE software MSC/NASTRAN, the finite element analysis modeling is set. Then through further calculation, inherent frequencies and mode shapes of body are obtained. The results acquired provide a foundation for operation reliability analysis of the Down-hole close-loop adjustable stabilizers.
