摘要
本文首先概述了绝热机用陶瓷组合活塞连接的一般方法,然后就6135绝热机用陶瓷组合活塞连接方案的设计、分析和试验进行了较全面的介绍.实验证明:双螺母加弹性元件的连接方案能满足陶瓷与金属的可靠连接。
On the basis of outlining a general joining method used for ceramic composite piston,this paper proceeds to introduce some detail information about the design,structure analysis and trade—off test with ceramic composite piston in 6135 adiabatic engine.The test demonstrates that the arrangement of double nuts with an elastic element is very successful in providing a reliable connection for ceramics and metal.
