摘要 JAB1可通过与AP 1特异位点的结合形成稳定复合物 ,促进靶基因的反式激活。JAB1可与三大类蛋白质相互作用 :①COP9信号体亚单位 :COP9信号体 1、COP9信号体 2、COP9信号体 4、COP9信号体 7。②细胞周期调节蛋白 :p2 7Kip1、MIF。③AP 1转录调节蛋白 :c Jun ,LFA 1,LHR ,PR ,SRC 1,Bcl 3,p5 3,HPO ,HIF。JAB1参与许多信号转导通路 ,包括调节植物的光信号、线虫的幼虫发育、整合素信号、细胞周期调控和甾体类激素的信号转导。
