摘要
本文通过正交试验的方法 ,确定了适宜的配方 ,即 :金刚石 18 75 (vol) % ,聚酰亚胺 5 1(vol) % ,铜粉 10 (vol) % ,冰晶石 9(vol) % ,其余为 11 2 5 (vol) %。用该配方制备的聚酰亚胺金刚石砂轮 ,经对比磨削实验表明 ,砂轮的磨削性能明显改善 ,加工效率提高 2 5 % 。
By using orthogonal experiment, a new formula for making diamond wheel is designed It is: diamond 18 75(vol)%, polyimide 51(vol)%, copper 10(vol)%, cryolite 9(vol)%, and the rest 11 25(vol)% Compared with phenolic resin diamond wheel when processing hard alloy, the polyimide diamond wheel using this modified formula can improve working environment and increase the processing efficiency by 25%
