摘要
目的 探讨肝素酶基因表达与食管癌转移的关系。方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术 ( RT-PCR)检测 5 4例食管癌组织、癌旁组织及正常粘膜中肝素酶基因的表达。结果 有淋巴结转移的食管癌癌组织中肝素酶基因阳性表达率为 90 .5 % ( 19/ 2 1) ,癌旁组织为 6 1.9% ( 13/ 2 1) ,正常粘膜为 0 ( 0 / 2 1)。无淋巴结转移的食管癌癌组织中肝素酶基因阳性表达率为 15 .2 % ( 5 / 33) ,癌旁组织为 6 % ( 2 / 33) ,正常粘膜为 0 ( 0 / 33)。有淋巴结转移的食管癌组织及癌旁组织中肝素酶基因阳性表达率均高于无淋巴结转移者 ,二者相比差异均有显著性 (癌组织 P<0 .0 0 1,癌旁组织 P<0 .0 5 )。结论 肝素酶基因表达可能与食管癌发生转移有关 。
Objective To explore the relation between the expression of heparanase gene and the metastasis of esophageal cancer Method The expression of heparanase gene was detected by reverse transcriptase polymerasse chain reaction(RT PCR) in 54 cases of cancerous tissues,tumor adjacent mucosa and normal mucosa of esophageal cnacer Results 90 5%(19/21) of cancerous tissues,61 9%(13/21) of tumor adjacent mucosa,0%(0/21) of normal mucosa of esophageal cancer with lymph node metastasis showed positive expression of heparanase gene,whereas 15 2%(5/33) of cancerous tissues,6%(2/33) of tumor adjacent mucosa,0%(0/33) of normal mucosa of esophageal cancer without lymph node metastasis was positive The positive rate of expression of heparanase gene was significantly higher in cancerous tissues,tumor adjacent mucosa with lymph node metastasis than that in cancerous tissues,tumor adjacent mucosa without lymph node metastasis Statistically significant was difference between 2 groups(cancerous tissue P<0 001,tumor adjacent mucosa P<0 05) Conclusion The expression of heparanase gene may be related to the metastasis of esophageal cancer,and it may become a marker for foreseeing the metastasis of esophageal cancer
