摘要
社区各类学习型组织的创建是学习型社会、学习型社区建设的基础工程。社区各类组织必须以“组织学习”的实现为中介 ,通过实施更新理念、强化主体、确定目标、选择内容、优化学习方式、创建组织文化等举措 ,扎实推进学习型组织创建的系统工程。
The establishment of the various kinds of community learning-type organizations is the basis of a learning type society and a basic project in the construction of a learning-type community.Various community organizations must sturdily push forward the systems engineering of constructing a learning-type society by using the realization of organizing learning as the medium, by renewing the thought, strengthening the role of the subject, determining the target, selecting the content, optimizing study methods and creating an organizational culture.
