摘要
本文采用有限元分析法、局部应力一应变法和断裂力学相结合的方法,从全寿命的观点出发,研究起重机结构连接件在复杂载荷下工程裂纹形成寿命和扩展寿命的估算方法;文中还提供了适合微机使用的结构连接件细节应力分析和疲劳寿命估算的计算机程序框图。
Finite element analysis and localized stress-strain analysis in conjunction with fracture analysis are used to estimate the life span of crack extension, based on the concept of the total life span of structural fastenings under complex load. Block diagrams for a software to calculate the stress in various parts in detailed members and for the estimation of fatigue life of the fastenings,to facilitate computation on PC computers are included.
