摘要
本文报道了测定保持系V_(20)B和不育系V_(20)A的幼穗分化期叶片的酯酶同工酶,过氧化物酶同工酶,苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶,可溶性蛋白质的结果以及测定V_(40)B和V_(20)A的分蘖期、幼穗分化期,始穗期叶片和始穗期花药的16种氨基酸含量的结果。在从营养生长向生殖生长转变的特定发育时期——幼穗分化期,与保持系V_(20)B比较,我们发现不育系V_(20)A的酯酶同工酶酶带数增加,过氧化物酶同工酶酶带数较多,苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶无强带以及16种氨基酸含量较高,我们认为这些不同于V_(20)B的生理生化变化,与V_(20)A的败育活动有关,说明不育系的败育特征不仅表现在生殖器官的花药中,也表现在营养器官的叶片中,而且不育系的败育活动早在从营养生长转向生殖生长时就已经开始。
This paper reports on the results of measuring esterase isozymes (Est), peroxidase isozymes (Pox), malate dehydrogenase isozymes (Mdh) and soluble protein of the leaves during the differentiation of young panicle and the cont- ents of 16 amino acids of the leaves in the tillering stage, the young panicle differentiation stage, and the heading initiation stage that of 16 amino acids of the anthers in the heading initiation stage in the maintain line V_(20) Band the sterile line V_(20) A of rice. Compared with V_(20)B, V_(2O)A has the increasing numbers of Est band, more numbers of Pox band, higher peroxidase activitty, weaker Mdh bands, fewer numbers of protein band and higher contents of 16 amino acids during the dif- ferentiation of young panicle. Based on these results, it appears that the physiological and biochemical changes of V_(20)A are different from that of V_(20)B, and these differences are co- ncerned in the abortive activities of the sterile line V_(20)A. These results sug- gest that the abortive characters of the sterile line exist not only in the rep- roductive organ--the anther, but also in the vegetative organ--the leaf, and further more, that the sterile line has begun its abortive activities early in the turn period from the vegetative growth to the reproductive growth.
