摘要
能源、资源、水、环境是当今全世界人民 ,特别是科学家、工程技术人员最最关心的四大问题。没有充足的能源供应 ,一切目标和设想都缺乏坚实的基础。为此 ,为适应广大科技工作 ,了解国外新能源的发展态势 ,从而关注我国切身的新能源发展前景 ,特集中有关新能源的剪报资料 ,编辑了这份资料 ,以期同志们能借鉴 ,能开展某些项目的研发 ,相信不久的将来 ,我国新能源事业 ,能尽快走上“快车道”、“高速路”。
Energy resources, natural resources, water and environment are the four most interested problems by people , especially by scientists and engineers in the world. Without sufficient energy supply any target and plan would lack a solid foundation. For numerous technicians to known developing trends of new energy resources abroad and prospects of new energy resources at home, author have collected and edited the newspaper clipping about new energy resources, so that people can use it for reference in researching of items.
