摘要 以丙烯酸 (AA)和丙烯酰胺 (AM)为原料 ,采用两步法制备了AM -AA交联共聚物高吸水树脂 ,考察了各因素对其保水性能的影响。结果表明 ,两步法制备的AM -AA交联共聚物高吸水树脂吸液能力高于传统法 ,其在不同温度下均具有较好的保水性 ,与粘土的配伍性好 ,加入粘土后 ,其保水率显著增加。 An AM-AA cross-linked copolymer superabsorbent resin was prepared from polymerization of acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide (AM)by two-step method and the factors affecting its water-holding performance were investigated. The results showed that absorbency of the copolymer was higher than that of the copolymer prepared by traditional method. The superabsorbent resin had good water-holding performance and was compatible with clay. Its rate of holding water increased obviously after mixed with clay.
