摘要
以液体Na2 SiO3 、固体NaOH为原料制备结晶性层状硅酸钠 ,控制n(SiO2 ) /n(Na2 O) =1 82 0、煅烧温度 6 5 0 70 0℃、煅烧时间 10 30min ,样品参照QB176 8 93方法 ,在 35℃、交换 2 0min条件下 ,最大钙离子交换量 (以Ca CO3 计 )为 36 9mg/g ,最大镁离子交换量 (以MgCO3 计 )为 4 5 0 4mg/g。实验证明 ,结晶性层状硅酸钠可替代三聚磷酸钠 (STPP)用做洗涤剂除钙、镁助剂。同时 ,该样品在空气中平衡吸水增重量接近 30 % ,也可用做干燥剂。
The crystal layered sodium silicate is prepared using liquid Na 2SiO 3 and solid NaOH as raw material. When the ratio of reactants is controlled in the range of n(SiO 2)/n(Na 2O)=1 8~2 0 and calcination temperature 650~700℃ and calcination time 10~30min, the exchange is carried out with reference to QB1768 93 (enterprise standard) at 35℃ for 20 min, the obtained results show that the maximum exchange capacity of Ca +2 (CaCO 3) is 369 mg/g and the maximum exchange capacity of Mg +2 (MgCO 3) is 450 4mg/g It can be used as an alternative to STPP in detergent for stripping calcium and magnesium. At the same time the increment of balanced absorbing water reaches 30% of the sample weight in air so it can be used as drier. The acid resistance and solubility of crystal layered sodium silicate are studied in this article also.
