The pharmaceutical intermediate 1 (4 Methoxyphenyl) 4 (Aminophenyl) piperazine was synthesized by three steps which are bromination cyclization in one pot from diethanoilamine and 4 aminoanisole firstly, alkylation secondly, and reduction lastly. The overall yield of the product is 35%.
