在全球经济一体化浪潮下,银行并购已越来越成为一种趋势。本文从商业银行面临的现状出发,提出多种并购方式及并购过程中需要避免的一些误区。
Being confronted with the globlization of the world′s economic ,the activity of Merger and Acguisition (M&A)is becoming a trend.Based on the analy sis of the present situation of our country′s commercial banks,the paper gives some suggestions about the M&A.During this process there would be some faults t o escape.
