This article relates the essentiality and the characteristic of humans factor, and analyzes the reasons to make accidents. It describes on the side of the company and the ship; then puts forwards an instance happened in the Port of Yingkou. It means that it is important to improve the seafarers diathesis to the environment of the sea.
