PREPARATION AND ELECTROMAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF BaFe_(12)O_(19)/SiO_2 GLASS CERAMICS

摘要 研究了柠檬酸溶胶 -凝胶工艺制备BaFe1 2 O1 9/SiO2 玻璃陶瓷的条件。在SiO2 的摩尔分数为 5 0 %和 67% ,铁和钡的摩尔比为5∶1~ 7∶1,绕结温度为 10 0 0~ 110 0℃时 ,得到了杂质含量很少的BaFe1 2 O1 9玻璃陶瓷。测定了玻璃陶瓷在 10 0MHz~ 6GHz下的复介电常数和磁导率。结果表明 :其复介电常数、磁导率实部随测试频率的增加而下降 ;磁导率虚部数值在 s: BaFe 12 O 19 /SiO 2 glass ceramics with very little impurity phases were prepared by citrate sol-gel process under the condition of SiO 2 molar fraction of 50% and 67%, n (Fe)∶ n (Ba)=5∶1-7∶1, and the calcined temperature of 1 000-1 100 ℃. The complex dielectric constant and complex permeability dispersion were investigated in the range of 100 MHz-6 GHz. The result shows that the complex dielectric constant and real part of permeability decreases with the increasing of frequency, while the value of imaginary part of permeability is small and near to zero in measuring frequency.
