摘要 把贝壳的结构机制及韧化机理应用于叠层复合材料的设计中。利用铝合金作为基体材料,纤维/树脂作为夹层材料,设计并制备了纤维/树脂/铝合金叠层复合材料。通过扫描电镜从微观上对复合材料的界面进行研究,指出成型工艺对复合材料界面的影响。通过T剥离强度试验对叠层复合材料的界面粘接强度进行测试,在宏观上对复合材料的层间性能进行了分析。 The structure and toughened mechanisms of nacreous layer were introduced to design the laminated composites. By using aluminum alloy as the base material and fiber/resin as the interlaminar material, the fiber/res-in/aluminum alloy laminated composites were prepared. The cross-sectional micrograph of the interface was studied. It was found that the twice pressure processing is much more favorable than the once pressure processing. The interface strength was measured through the peeling strength experiment. The interlayer performance was analyzed.
