摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT三维成像在髋臼骨折中的应用。方法收集24例髋臼骨折患者共24个髋臼行螺旋CT容积扫描。将扫描数据经薄层重建,行髋臼三维重建处理,三维重建图像与手术所见相对照。结果在手术的15例髋臼中,髋臼三维图像与手术中骨科医师所见完全一致。结论螺旋CT三维重建技术能为临床医师选择治疗方案和手术计划提供有价值的信息。 Objective To evaluate the usefulness of the transect imaging and 3D- reconstruction with spiral CT in acetabulum fracture.Methods Volume scanning was performed in 24 patients with acetabular fractures,all data sets were transfered to workstation.Recon- struction were done with more thinner slices.Results Acetabular fracture 3D images went all the way with the results of surgery in 15 cases.Conclusion the 3D reconstruction of spiral CT can provide the more valuable informations.Surgeon will benefit greatly from their usefulness in the choice of the surgical intervention and operative planning. [
