摘要
ERP是一个面向供应链管理的管理信息集成,是在MRPⅡ基础上发展起来的,引发了企业管理理念和管理技术层面的重大变革。但是,多年实践证明,ERP系统在国内外企业实施的成功率较低,不足20%。本文针对这种情况,通过对中外企业群体的“体质差异”的比较,再结合ERP系统的基本思想及其特点,客观分析了影响我国企业成功实施ERP的主要原因,提出基于企业PM、BPR与企业生产管理模式的ERP实施策略与建议。
As a SCM objected management information integration and MRP n based system, ERP introduces and innovation to enterprise management ideal and technology. Through several years' practice, it is proven that the implement of enterprise ERP is of lower success, less than 20%. The paper compares the body difference between enterprises and combines basie ideal and character of ERP to analyze the main reason of affecting ERP implement in China. At the end , the authors suggest the ERP implement strategy and purpose in China, which is based on PM, BPR and production and management modei of enterprise.
