摘要
战略性新兴产业对一个国家或地区经济社会发展具有重大引领和带动作用,扬州战略性新兴产业已经初具规模,但还存在产业发展不平衡、核心技术缺乏、产业定位不明确、创新人才缺乏等问题。主要对策是:突出培育重点,协调发展扬州战略性新兴产业;提高企业自主创新能力,增强成果转化能力;扩大应用示范,改善产业质态;推进金融服务提升工程,构筑人才高地。
Strategic emerging industry plays a significant role in guiding and leading the economic and social development of a country or an area. The strategic emerging industry of Yangzhou is taking shape. This paper analyses the existing problems such as imbalanced development,insufficient key technology,unclear industry orientation,lack of innovative talents. Meanwhile,it comes up with some corresponding countermeasures,including focusing on the key of industry-cultivating to balance the development of strategic emerging industries in Yangzhou,improving enterprises' self-innovation capability to strengthen the achievement of scientific research findings,expanding application examples to improve industry quality,and promoting financial service improvement projects to build the highland of human resources.
