摘要
高职院校班主任作为学生管理工作的具体实施者,应密切关注家庭经济困难学生。对于困难学生的资助,首先应规范资助工作程序,做到公开、公平、公正;其次要密切关注困难学生的心理特征,坚持经济资助与精神帮扶并重,完善资助工作,帮助学生成长。
As an implementer of student management work in higher vocational colleges,a class tutor should pay close attention to those needy students. This paper offers some suggestions on how to fund the needy students. First of all,the funding procedure should be regulated to achieve the openness,fairness and justice. Meanwhile,the poor students' psychological characteristics should be focused on,with equal stress on financial aid and spiritual support.
