摘要
建设创新型国家需要拥有大量创新人才。学校是培养创新型人才的摇篮,而具备创新能力的教师又是培养创新型人才的关键。作者结合自身实践,提出了提高教师创新能力的六条途径,这对于高等院校尤其是高等职业院校培养创新型人才,具有一定参考价值。
The construction of an innovative country should be in possession of creative talents. School is the cradle where innovative talents are trained. Teachers with innovation are the key to cultivating creative talents. From own practice, the author proposes six approaches to increasing innovative abilities of teachers, which may serve as reference for training innovative talents in institutions in higher education, especially in higher vocational institutes.
