会计信息通过货币计量的方式,反映企业的生产经营过程,是企业竞争情报的重要内容。通过搜集、整理、加工会计信息,运用竞争情报和财务分析的方法,从中获取反映竞争对手的生产经营状况、财务状况以及经营成果的多种指标,进而转化为能被决策者解读、利用的竞争情报,为企业决策服务。
Accounting information is the important part of enterprise competitive intelligence,which reflects the production and management course of the enterprise by way of currency measure.According to collecting,putting in order and processing accounting information,it can acquire many quotas reflecting production and management condition.Financial affairs condition and management achievements by way of competitive intelligence and financial analysis.The quotas can be turned into competitive intelligence to serve for making policy,read and used by policy decision person.
