摘要
高职院校在校生规模扩大后,传统的经验管理模式已力不从心。高职院校管理是科学,且应该有自己的特色,必须有适合自己发展的模式。主要从管理的方法要点和领导的空间测重点两个方面,论述了高职院校"管理现在、领导未来"的管理模式框架,以促进高职办学、人才培养、教学、课程等模式的顺利推进。
vocational college enrollment expansion, the traditional management mode has been unable to. Management of higher vocational colleges is a science, and should have its own characteristics, there must be suitable for their own development model. Mainly from the point of management methods and the leadership of the space measuring two aspects, elaborated the quality colleges and universities "management now, leading the future" of the management framework, in order to promote the talent of higher vocational education, training, teaching, curriculum mode smoothly.
