球囊扩张术联合表面肌电生物反馈治疗环咽肌功能障碍所致吞咽障碍 被引量:2

Effects of Balloon Dilation Combined with Surface Electromyographic Biofeedback on Swallowing Disorders Caused by Cyclopharyngeal Muscle Dysfunction

摘要 目的:观察球囊扩张术联合表面肌电生物反馈技术对环咽肌功能障碍所致吞咽障碍的疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将60例吞咽障碍患者分为球囊扩张组、表面肌电生物反馈组及联合治疗组(n=20)。患者分别给予6周的导尿管球囊扩张技术、表面生物反馈技术及两种技术联合的治疗措施。治疗前后分别采用摄食-吞咽障碍等级评定及VFSS评定进行疗效评估。结果:治疗前3组吞咽功能障碍等级评定及VFSS评分均无统计学差异; 3组患者在接受了6周的治疗后均显效(P<0.05),其中联合治疗组的吞咽功能障碍等级评定及VFSS评分均显著高于球囊扩张组和表面肌电生物反馈组(P<0.05)。结论:球囊扩张组联合表面肌电生物反馈治疗环咽肌功能障碍所致吞咽障碍优于单一方式的治疗,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the effect of balloon dilation combined with surface electromyographic biofeedback on swallowing disorder caused by cyclopharyngeal muscle dysfunction.Methods 60 patients with dysphagia were divided into balloon dilation group,surface electromyographic biofeedback group and and combination therapy group(n=20)using a random number table method.Three groups of patients were treated with catheter balloon dilation,surface biofeedback and combined with two techniques.Before and after the treatment,the evaluation of the efficacy was performed by feeding-swallowing disorder rating and VFSS assessment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in dysphagia grade and VFSS score among the three groups.After 6 weeks of treatment,all the three groups were effective(P<0.05).The dysphagia grade and VFSS score of the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those of the balloon dilatation group and the surface electromyography biofeedback group(P<0.05).Conclusion Balloon dilatation combined with surface electromyographic biofeedback is superior to single therapy for dysphagia caused by cricopharyngeal muscle dysfunction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
