飞机设备舱门开启空腔流动效应下舵面振动响应分析方法研究

摘要 飞机设备舱门打开时会出现明显的空腔流动现象,附近流场发生剧烈振荡,可使舱体附近的舵面表面气动载荷出现强烈脉动,激发舵面结构模态产生剧烈振动。利用ANSYS CFX平台,通过二次开发程序实现了对上述现象进行CFD/CSD耦合计算分析,并研究了在不同来流条件下舵面结构响应的变化规律。 When the plane's equipment bay is open, the flow field around it will violently oscillate under the action of the cavity flow mechanism. As a result, the rudder near the bay will suffer severe unsteady aerodynamic loads, and the unsteady loads may excite the rudder's structural modes to induce strenuous vibration response. The commercial software ANSYS CFX and its secondary development functions were used to simulate this phenomenon through CFD/CSD coupling calculations. Also, the change trends of the unsteady loads acting on the rudder and the structural responses with the variation of inlet conditions were discussed.
