摘要
目的了解和评价朝阳区基本公共卫生服务部分项目的实施效果,为提高本地区基本公共卫生服务的能力提供循证依据和政策建议。方法收集2010—2017年北京市朝阳区基本公共卫生服务部分项目实施数据,纵向比较各年度指标变化并进行分析。结果朝阳区居民健康素养水平整体提升,但2015年水平低于其他年份;预防接种服务基本实现100%覆盖,除百日咳的发病率呈现上升趋势,其他各类计划免疫相关传染病均呈现下降趋势;传染病报告的及时率呈逐年上升趋势,甲乙类传染病发病率呈下降趋势且发病率低于北京市和全国水平。结论北京市朝阳区国家基本公共卫生服务的部分项目取得了显著成效,未来在坚持政府主导,多部门合作的工作机制下,仍需在重点人群的健康教育和专业技术人员的培训等方面继续改进。
Objective To understand and evaluate the implementation effect of some projects of basic public health services in Chaoyang district, and to provide evidence-based basis and policy recommendations for improving the capacity of basic public health services in this region. Method Data of the basic public health service project from 2010 to 2017 in Chaoyang district were collected and vertically compared and analyzed between different years. Result The health literacy level of residents in Chaoyang district improved overall, but the level in 2015 was lower than that in other years. The vaccination service basically achieved 100% coverage. Except for the incidence of whooping cough was on the rise, other types of planned immune-related infectious diseases showed a downward trend. The timely reporting rate of infectious diseases showed an increasing trend year by year, and the incidence of class A and class B infectious diseases showed a decreasing trend and the incidence was lower than that of Beijing and the whole country level. Conclusion Some projects of the national basic public health service in Chaoyang district have achieved remarkable results. In the future, under the government-led and multi-department cooperation mechanism, health education of key population and training of professional and technical personnel still need to be improved.
