内蒙古自治区2080例成年人骨密度测定结果研究

Study on the statistical analysis data of 2080 adults bone densities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

摘要 目的了解内蒙古自治区居民骨质健康状况,探讨内蒙古地区居民骨密度状况特征和影响因素,为减小骨质疏松症患病风险,寻找针对性的预防措施提供依据。方法按照《国民体质与健康参数及标准研究》课题要求,对居住在内蒙古自治区的2 080例成年人进行跟骨骨密度测定,其中男性746例,女性1 334例。采用SPSS20.0统计软件对数据进行统计处理,组间比较采用χ2检验。结果女性骨量正常比例(92.13%)高于男性(85.25%),男性人群骨量流失(13.81%)和骨质疏松(0.94%)情况高于女性(7.42%和0.45%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄组两两比较分析发现,男性人群中不存在骨量流失非常明显的年龄段;女性人群中,60岁及以上组中,骨量正常人群比率(70.06%)显著低于其余各个年龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨密度状况与年龄、性别有关,养成良好的生活习惯,合理膳食,加强体育锻炼,可以降低骨质疏松风险。 Objective To understand the health situation of residents in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and discussed the distribution characters and influence factors, and to provide significant reference for searching pertinence premonition for further decreasing the risk of being attacked by osteoporosis. Method According to the demand of'Study on national physical and health parameters and standards' from the National Science & Technology Pillar Program, the bone densities of calcaneus for 2 080 adults (746 males and 1 334 females) residing in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were measured. All the data were analized by the statistical software SPSS 20.0 and the comparing results among groups were checked using χ~2. Results There were remarkable differences in the number of normal bone mass between males and females. Specifically, the ratio of normal bone mass for females (92.13%) was higher than that for males (85.25%), where as the bone mass loss (13.81%) and rarefaction (0.94%) for males were worse than those for females (7.42%, 0.45%, respectively). The data above in different age stages were compared, there did not appear an age stage of notable bone mass loss for males. While for females, in the age stage above 60 years old, the ratio of normal bone mass (70.06%) was strongly lower than the number for the other age stages. Conclusion The situation of bone density is related with age and sex. For weakening the risk of being attacked by osteoporosis, it is recommended to develop a good living habit with rational diet and proper physical exercise.
