摘要
目的了解北京市朝阳区某农村地区人群慢性非传染性疾病发病情况,为其防治措施的制定和开展提供科学依据。方法采用分层抽样方法对18岁以上的常住居民1 418人进行调查,采用统一的调查问卷收集调查对象的资料,并采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行分析处理,计数资料用率表示,采用χ2检验。结果该地区居民慢性非传染性疾病顺位为高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、冠心病等。30~39岁年龄组中,男性高血压患病率高于女性(χ2=5.338,P=0.021)。40~49岁年龄组男性糖尿病患病率高于女性(χ2=4.335,P=0.037),70岁以上年龄组女性高于男性(χ2=9.329,P=0.002)。结论北京市朝阳区某农村地区的慢性非传染性疾病中,高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、冠心病高发,不同年龄及性别慢性非传染性疾病的发生率有一定差异。
Objective To study the incidence of chronic non-infectious diseases in a rural area in Chaoyang District of Beijing, and to provide the scientific basis for formulating and carrying out control measures. Methods Totally 1 418 residents over 18 years old were surveyed by sampling method. Same questionnaires were used to collect the information of respondents, and the data was analyzed by SPSS13.0 statistical system. Enumeration data was counted by counting process. χ2test was used to compare the rate. Results The sequence of chronic non-infectious diseases in this area were hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, coronary disease and so on. In the age of 30~39 group, prevalence of hypertension in male was higher than that in female(χ2=5.338, P=0.021). In the age of 40~49 group, prevalence of diabetes in male was higher than that in female(χ2=4.335, P=0.037), but it was on the contrary in the age of over 70 group(χ2=9.329, P=0.002). Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension, diabetes,dyslipidemia, coronary disease were high in the rural area in Chaoyang District of Beijing. There was different prevalence of chronic non-infectious disease in different age and gender.
