企业职工膳食模式与超重/肥胖、血压、血糖的关系研究

摘要 目的探讨企业职工不同膳食模式与超重/肥胖、血压、血糖的关系。方法对开封市3 327名企业在岗职工进行膳食调查、体格检查及实验室检查。使用探索性因子分析法构建膳食模式,采用χ2检验分析不同膳食模式与各疾病的关系。结果 3 327人中检查出高血压患者939例(28.22%),空腹血糖异常者502例(15.09%)。超重/肥胖者1 051例(31.59%)。零食模式对高血压的患病率有影响,不同得分人群高血压患病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.656,P=0.036)。动物性食物模式、零食模式对超重/肥胖的患病率有影响,不同得分人群超重/肥胖患病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=36.541,P=0.000;χ2=40.265,P=0.000)。结论膳食模式与高血压、超重/肥胖关系密切,应建立健康的饮食模式,减少慢性非传染性疾病的发生。 Objective To investigate the relationship between dietary patterns and overweight/obesity,blood pressure,blood glucose among enterprise employees.Methods A total of 3 327 enterprise employees were investigated,and investigation contents included dietary patterns,physical examination,and laboratory examination.Factor analysis method was used to identify food patterns.Chi-square analysis method was used to identify the relationship between different dietary patterns with diseases.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension was 28.2%; impaired fasting blood glucose was 15.1%; overweight/obesity was 31.6%.Snack pattern had an effect on the prevalence of hypertension.The prevalence rates of hypertension were statistically different among different scores(χ2=6.656,P=0.036).Animal food and snack pattern had an effect on the prevalence of overweight/obesity,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2= 36.541,P=0.000; χ2=40.265,P=0.000).Conclusions Dietary patterns are related to high blood pressure and overweight/obesity.It’s important to establish healthy dietary patterns to reduce the occurrence of chronic noncommunicable diseases.
