摘要
目的研制适合冠心病患者健康状况疗效评价的患者报告临床结局(PRO)量表。方法根据患者报告临床结局量表的制订规范,形成条目池并建立初始量表。利用形成的初量表实行多中心临床调查,发放660份问卷,回收后利用项目反应理论、离散趋势法、因子分析法、相关系数法、克朗巴赫α系数法五种方法并结合专业知识对其条目进行筛选。结果经筛选,最终量表共56个条目,分为生理功能、心理功能、社会支持、主观感受4个领域,共计9个方面。结论形成的最终量表基本符合理论框架,较好地反映了冠心病患者生命质量的内涵。
Objective To develop the patient-reported outcomes(PRO) scale used for the evaluation of the health status and the curative effects of therapies of patients with coronary heart diseases. Methods According to the development standard of PRO scale, the item pool and raw scale were formed. We carried out a multicenter clinical investigation with an initial scale, issuing 660 questionnaires to patients. Afterward, all items were screened according to item response theory, discrete trend method,factor analysis, correlation coefficient method, and Cronbach,s a coefficient method. Results The final scale contains four areas: physiological function, mental function, social support and subjective feeling,spanning a total of 56 items. Conclusions The ultimate scale coincides with the theoretical framework and reflects the connotation of the quality of life of patients with coronary artery diseases.
