摘要
目的通过分析住院患者舒血宁注射液的使用情况,促进舒血宁注射液的临床合理使用。方法采用回顾性方法,对我院2017年4月～8月使用舒血宁注射液的住院病历130份从适应症、用法用量、用药疗程、输液溶媒、联合用药等进行分析。结果 130例患者中,适应症相符率为90%,用法用量均为每次20ml,每日1次,用药疗程大多在8～14天(71.5%),使用5%葡萄糖注射液作溶媒有45例(34.6%),使用0.9%氯化钠注射液作的有85例(65.4%),联合用药有99例,占76.2%。结论我院舒血宁注射液在适应症,用药疗程等方面存在不合理用药现象。
Objective To promote the rational use of Shuxuening injection in clinic by analyzing the use of Shuxuening injection in the inpatients of Beijing Second Hospital(hereinafter referred to as 'our hospital').Methods By retrospective method, 130 cases of Shuxuening injection used in our hospital from April to August 2017 were analyzed in terms of indications, usage and dosage, course of treatment, infusion medium and combination of drugs.Results Among 130 patients, the coincidence rate of indications was 90%. The dosage and usage were 20 ml each time, once a day. The course of treatment was mostly8~14 days(71.5%), 45 cases(34.6%) were treated with 5% glucose injection, 85 cases(65.4%) were treated with 0.9% sodium chloride injection, and 99 cases(76.2%) were treated with combination.Conclusion There is irrational drug use in Shuxuening Injection in terms of indications and solvents.
