微创钢板固定(MIPO)和交锁髓内钉两种方法治疗闭合性胫骨干骨折的临床疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨微创钢板固定(MIPO)和交锁髓内钉两种方法治疗闭合性胫骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的94例闭合性胫骨干骨折患者作为对象,随机化分为对照组和观察组,每组均47例患者。对照组采用交锁髓内钉方法,观察组采用微创钢板固定方法,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显好于对照组,且该组患者并发症的生率也明显低于对照组,结果差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于闭合性胫骨干骨折患者来说,微创钢板固定比交锁髓内钉更有利于降低并发症的发生率,提高患者治疗有效率,该方法值得在临床进一步推广。
