摘要
目的:探讨分析膝关节镜联合微创治疗用于胫骨平台骨折患者治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取本院2014年1月-2015年6月收治的34例胫骨平台骨折患者,采用膝关节镜联合微创治疗,观察患者临床疗效。结果:统计发现,34例患者胫骨能力均基本恢复。统计34例患者满意度,表示满意患者有15例(44.12%),表示比较满意患者有17例(50.00%),表示感觉一般患者有2例(5.88%)。结论:膝关节镜联合微创治疗用于胫骨平台骨折患者治疗效果显著,能显著提高治疗水平,具有临床推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the analysis of arthroscopic and minimally invasive treatment for patients with clinical effect in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods:34cases of tibial plateau were selected in our hospital in January 2014-2015 year in June were fracturePatients with knee arthroscopy combined with minimally invasive treatment,observe the clinical curative effect of patients.Results:Statistics found that 34 patients recovered the ability of tibia.34 cases of patient satisfaction,satisfaction of patients with 15cases(44.12%),expressed satisfaction with the comparison in17patients(50%),said the general feeling in 2patients(5.88%).Conclusion:arthroscopic debridement combined with minimally invasive treatment for tibial plateau fracture patients with significant therapeutic effect,can significantly improve the treatment level has clinical value.
